1. Install either version (32bit or 64bit) and put the Nemesis.t2k licence in the same vst folder you installed to.
2. When using with a DAW this plugin may flag that you have other Tone2 products which are illegal (if that is the case!).
3. -- Try putting your other Tone2 products in a non-standard vst folder.
4. -- If illegal Tone2 products are detected by Nemesis the .t2k licence files may be removed automatically. If this happens, search for the midi.cfg file in your vst folder and delete. Then put .t2k file back in your vst folder with the Tone2 .dll. Then move into a separate vst folder to the Nemesis plugin.
5. Some Tone2 products shut down my PC the first time the're scanned by Cubase, or whenever Cubase re-scans them. This seems to be the case whether the product is legit or not. If this happens load your DAW again and see if it now shows up. If not, make sure (with Cubase) the plugin is not in your plugin blacklist. If it is remove it from there and delete the midi.cfg file in your vst plugin folder, then restart the DAW.
